The Don’ts of Taking a Vacation in Bangkok

May 14th, 2012
Comments Off

The following article covers a topic that has recently moved to center stage–at least it seems that way. If you’ve been thinking you need to know more about it, here’s your opportunity.

Thailand is a great country. The people are warm and are always smiling. The city of Bangkok and other metropolises are enjoyable to visit. The international beach resorts that can be found anywhere in the country are a treat. But then again, even in the best of countries, there are things that can make your vacation far less enjoyable. Know these things beforehand and you can ensure that you will have a great time in Thailand.

Don?t fall for the tuk tuks. There are probably thousands of them in Bangkok so it is really hard for foreigners to resist what they offer. Thing is, while not all tuk tuks are out there to get you, most of them are. Beware, you are warned. Don?t take a tuk tuk if you can help it. They could always give you that displeasing experience.

Don?t ride a taxi if it’s not metered. No matter how convincing the taxi driver is, insist that he turns the meter on before you take a ride with him. This will keep you sane. Some taxi drivers, like the tuk tuks, are out there to get your money and not give you the right service. If the driver doesn?t show you the meter, leave and call another one. Taxis are possibly among the cheapest modes of transportation in Bangkok, but when they give you their inflated rates, they are the easiest way to make you feel cheated by the locals.

Most of this information comes straight from the Thailand Vacations pros. Careful reading to the end virtually guarantees that you’ll know what they know.

Don?t talk to con artists and scammers. Use common sense. If you are in your country and someone approaches you to give you some form of help, what would you do? What makes it any different in Thailand? Thailand is generally a safe country. Bangkok is too. But there are always those opportunists who would scam you because you don?t look like you’re from around the area. So beware.

Don?t lose your temper with traffic jams. Well, there really is no point in losing your temper while stuck in traffic, especially in Bangkok. Traffic jams are a daily occurrence in the city. Bangkok is world-renowned for its problematic traffic so expect the roads to be packed during rush hours. If you are bothered by this, just think to yourself ? it’s a cheap way to see the city. Slow mo.

Don?t wear masks all the time. Like in every city, except in highly polluted ones in India and maybe China, it is generally considered rude to wear masks in public. The air in Bangkok is not as polluted as people say so take precautions when wearing face masks. You may hurt the locals’ sensibilities if you do.

Don?t force your way with the Formula 1 drivers. Drivers in Thailand don?t generally love driving fast, but public transportation drivers do drive extremely fast. Maybe to get to another customer, who knows. The general rule of thumb is to fasten your seatbelt. If you hired your own car, try to give way to these drivers. If you are crossing the streets, which are generally very safe, it always pays to look both ways to avoid some surprises.

Now might be a good time to write down the main points covered above. The act of putting it down on paper will help you remember what’s important about Thailand Vacations.

Legal Help for Debt Resolutions in UK

May 13th, 2012
Comments Off

If you?re currently facing debt problems, you will definitely need expert legal help. However, the reason why many people shy away from legal advice is because of the high costs that come along with it. If you want instant debt relief, you have to get a lawyer or attorney that specializes in that area. There are certain organizations that provide free legal help and advice. Aside from that, there are also legal advisers and companies that give initial free advice but will later on encourage you to sign up for their services.

If you live anywhere in UK, you can easily seek free legal help and advice from these charitable organizations:

1. Citizen?s Advice Bureau ? this organization has specialists who can provide free advice on debt cases. These specialists are quite busy and so you need to make an appointment so that you can discuss your case with them in detail. The bureau will look into your debt problems and once they assess your situation, they will decide whether they will deal with your creditors or not.

2. CCCS or Consumer Credit Counseling exists through the contributions from UK?s credit industry. Once you seek advice and legal help from them, the organization can help in creating a management plan to address your current debt situation.

How can you put a limit on learning more? The next section may contain that one little bit of wisdom that changes everything.

Now, aside from the two organizations mentioned, you can also take advantage of the services offered by the commercial organizations. Introductory consultations are usually offered for free and oftentimes, this can aid or guide you in your plan of action. However, their legal advice is often biased because the solutions they offer are connected to what they are selling or offering.

Initial consultations are usually not sufficient since you can?t discuss all the details of your case. The commercial organizations usually don?t provide you with all the options available and in order to dig into the details, you will pay for the additional time. Legal professionals are not all knowledgeable about debt problems unless it is their specialty. So you have to ensure that you?re dealing with a lawyer or an attorney who specializes in debt resolutions.

Almost all the commercial organizations found online operate in the same manner. In the initial consultations, they will gather all the necessary information such as your debts, monthly income, and your outgoings or expenditures. Such pieces of information are required so that the organization can assess your debt situation. They will also be able to check if their services are appropriate for your situation. You must be aware of how the commercial organizations operate so that you won?t be surprised for any fees charged to you later on.

If you can afford to pay for the commercial services offered in UK for debt resolutions, then you can seek help from any debt resolutions specialist. You can even compare the fees involved with different specialists so that you can get the best deal and be able to choose the service that you can afford.

You must be aware that legal services can cost a lot so you should be prepared for it. Free services can be useful and you can consult with the two organizations mentioned earlier if you?re near their office. If there is no other choice, you can go for initial consultations and perhaps, sign up for the commercial services offered by a reputable debt resolutions company.

But that only does not guarantee that you will have a really great time when visiting Thailand. You also have to do your part in planning your own vacation. Here are some important things you should take note of before booking your flight to Bangkok, Phuket and other destinations in this wonderful land of smiling people.

Save On Airplane Tickets
When flying from any part of the world, it pays to check how much you will save by booking flights Air Asia flights from other Southeast Asian countries to Bangkok. The airlines offers inexpensive direct flights to Bangkok or Phuket from Indonesia, Cambodia, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Singapore and Indonesia. Rely Your Vacation Itineraries On A Travel Agent
Travel agents usually have access to deals that you as a traveler don?t have. If you want to cut good deals on your airplane tickets, for example, sign up for the services of a reputable travel agent. Look for one though that specializes in travel deals around Southeast Asia.

Don?t Settle With The Package Tour
You can usually save more money and have some more fun if you don?t pay for a packaged tour. Whether it is your first time visiting Thailand or your second or third, it is almost always advisable to plan your own tour yourself.

Ask For Hotel Discounts
Depending on when you are visiting, hotels can cut their rates and present you with good deals. If you are booking a hotel by yourself, you can try asking for an upgrade or some discount. It is always worth a try; after all, the worst answer you can get is a polite ‘no’.

Know When It Is Best To Visit Thailand
Tourists from the world over flock Thailand all year round. But this does not mean that the country offers the best of itself the entire year.

Being a tropical country, Thailand has its limitations when it comes to weather. With that said, the best time to go on vacation in Thailand is during the coolest months of the year ? from November to February. If you are after some real tropical action and if you are comfortable with higher than 35 degrees Celsius temperature, you will thrive in the country during summer.

Once you have picked the place where you want to spend your vacation, it is advisable to check out the climate first in that region. The country has different landscapes so reasonable regional variations in weather are to be expected.

Get the Recommended Vaccinations
Thailand, medically speaking, is a generally safe country. Tap water is good for drinking, street foods do not only taste great, they are not known for causing severe diseases as well, and diseases are generally not a bother for locals and tourists.

Those who only know one or two facts about Thailand Vacations can be confused by misleading information. The best way to help those who are misled is to gently correct them with the truths you’re learning here.

Success in Building Self Esteem

May 11th, 2012
Comments Off

Self esteem is often defined as an individual?s enduring perception of how much he or she is worth as a person. However, despite this seemingly permanent nature of how one esteems his or her worth, there are ways in order to make a less than desirable level of self esteem improve over time. True, there are a huge number of stories that point in the direction of failure, but there are in fact ways to find success in building self esteem.

To begin, it is important to understand that if your loved one?be it family or friend, suffers from low self esteem?trying to convince him or her that they are worth so much more than they think they are is not the way to go. In fact, trying to build their self esteem does not involve any sort of radical shift in perception. Self love and self respect is something that you continually work on and build over time.

Trying to convince people of their self worth by constant affirmation may even backfire, as you are in effect shattering their worldview about how badly they see themselves. When these individuals see themselves so negatively, this disturbance of their worldview in such sudden and aggressive means may backlash, causing them to violently retaliate or to withdraw from other people almost immediately.

As such, helping build self esteem involves a more supportive than active role on your part. As your loved one continues to discover his or her self worth, all you have to do is affirm them appropriately as they progress in the process of building the self esteem they so delicately try to improve.

It’s really a good idea to probe a little deeper into the subject of Self Esteem. What you learn may give you the confidence you need to venture into new areas.

This is because unlike injuries, or even assistance in homework and the like, the development of a healthy level of self esteem is more a personal journey than anything. People with low self esteem must begin this journey by slowly accepting themselves, with equal appreciation for their flaws and their gifts. They may then begin to please themselves before seeking to please other people. Once that happens, they begin setting realistic goals for themselves and all the while recognizing the credit they are due in all the things that they do.

The process of self acceptance to greater self love may be aided by trained professionals in order that this process becomes successful. In many instances, therapy with trained psychologists is known to work very well. In sessions with these psychologists, individuals are given the opportunity to review their negative perceptions, and begin to re-evaluate whatever negative perceptions they may have had about themselves since their childhood.

Participation in activities that help them to discover their gifts and talents have been proven to help a lot. As such, even as they are undergoing therapy, you can help your loved one pick out an activity or class that they can participate in. It will help if you choose an activity that you?ve always felt they could further develop. Music, art, sports, dancing, and the like are good areas to begin.

Not only will they discover whatever talents they have that have gone uncultivated, but they are also able to find an avenue through which they can constructively express themselves and their feelings. Once they gain some feeling of ownership over a particular activity and talent, it can become one of the things they can appreciate more about who they are as people.

At the end of the day, being successful in helping a loved one in the process of building self esteem involves not only being there for them, but helping them get the help they need from professionals. Act as support in these tough moments, affirming the improvements they are making over time. Help them discover their talents and gifts, and recognize whatever achievements they gain in the process.

The legal self help services cover the usual legal matters like copyright fillings, business incorporation, uncontested divorces, trademark applications, living wills, small claims, and others. These legal matters often require the concerned individual to fill out certain forms accurately and afterwards, submit such forms in the proper agency or court.

It seems like new information is discovered about something every day. And the topic of Legal Help is no exception. Keep reading to get more fresh news about Legal Help.

You must be aware though that legal self help services don?t perform attorney services like giving legal advice. You can only download the needed legal documents from the legal self help services online but the company can?t provide any legal advice concerning your situation because if they do so, they will be breaking the law. The companies concentrate mainly in helping concerned individuals in the preparation of certain legal documents.

Once you download the needed legal forms, you should fill it with the required information. The online service will check your forms to see if all the information is accurate. All the necessary instructions and steps will be provided by the legal self help services so that you can finish all the legal matters without encountering any problems.

You should also verify the documents to ensure accuracy; double checking the legal documents is much more effective so that you will be able to submit the documents in the proper agency on time. You must be aware that preparing and submitting legal documents is a bit risky because you might submit incomplete documents and paperwork which can prolong the legal matter. There are also professional legal reviewers online that can help you in checking all the needed documents so that everything will go smoothly.

If you want to save money and your precious time, make sure that you consult only the reputable legal self help services online. If you badly need an attorney, then perhaps it?s time that you get one. However, if you can still handle the situation on your own, the legal services might be of great help.

If you think it?s the cheapest and most convenient solution to the legal matters you?re facing, try to avail of the online legal self help services.

So now you know a little bit about Legal Help. Even if you don’t know everything, you’ve done something worthwhile: you’ve expanded your knowledge.

The Strategic Science In Taekwondo Sparring

May 10th, 2012
Comments Off

The following article presents the very latest information on Taekwondo. If you have a particular interest in Taekwondo, then this informative article is required reading.

Looking from the outside, taekwondo sparring may look like random kicks and punches thrown ruthlessly with the objective of injuring the opponent.

But from the inside, a sparring match is like a chess game.

In chess, you cannot win a game by unthinkingly moving around the pieces anymore than one could win a sparring match by involuntarily throwing techniques.

Strategy. The prerequisite to chess as well as to taekwondo sparring.

Taekondo sparring strategy comes in two main forms:

Macro or Overall Strategy.

Macro strategy is composed of overall and generalized aspects about any sparring match that will make you spar one person one way and another person another way.

There are several things that will affect your macro strategy:

1. The setting or main goal of the match.

If you are sparring someone who is taking his or her belt exam or if you are sparring in a tournament, your main purpose and strategy for sparring will be different.

Before you spar, ask yourself, ?What is my goal? What do I wish to accomplish in this match??

2. Your own personal strengths and weaknesses.

These are very important factors affecting how you spar. If you feel really comfortable with turning back kick, and not with turning hook kick, then you should stick with the turning back kick.

You are likely score if you use a technique with which you are very comfortable.

3. You and your partner?s contradictory physical attributes.

These will greatly define the way in which you spar your partner. You should know which strategy to use to your advantage.

Micro or Exchange Strategy.

Hopefully the information presented so far has been applicable. You might also want to consider the following:

Micro strategy is the strategy that is used for dealing with each of the tiny exchanges that make up a sparring match.

Types of micro strategy are:

1. Open Stance and Closed Stance:

When two people spar each other, each person is in a particular sparring stance: either left foot lead or right foot lead.

When both competitors have the same lead, this is known as closed stance.

If both competitors have different, it is called open stance.

The stances you choose determine which techniques that you can use against your partner to get a clear shot. The whole idea of sparring is to strike your partner where he or she is open.

When attacking or counter-attacking, you must be aware of the stance in which you are fighting. If you ignore the stance, then your attack or counter-attack will be ineffective.

2. The attack.

In an Olympic-style taekwondo sparring, you will have noticed that the competitors? average sparring distance from each other is out of range for any technique to successfully land on either partner.

The whole idea of attacking is to close the distance between you and your partner so that you will be close enough to land a technique.

The most effective attack relies heavily upon footwork and faking and not just mere kicks.

3. The counter-attack.

Most of all points scored in taekwondo competition come from the counter-attacks executed.

The idea of the counter-attack is to surpass your partner?s attack. In other words, you want your counter-attack to be superior to and more devastating than your partner?s attack.

If your partner lands a technique on you, it is imperative that it is immediately counter-attacked with several more devastating techniques.

This way, you will be awarded the point.

Developing Self Esteem through Homeschooling

May 9th, 2012
Comments Off

The following paragraphs summarize the work of Self Esteem experts who are completely familiar with all the aspects of Self Esteem. Heed their advice to avoid any Self Esteem surprises.

In a lot of ways homeschooling a shy child in developing self esteem can be beneficial both emotionally and intellectually. Although there is truth that a child needs to learn how to socialize because they will need it as they go through life, thrusting a child into the crowded hallways of school can be quite overwhelming for them and they may end up having social anxiety attacks they may not be able to get over with which will only be counterproductive for them. With the help of homeschooling a child can feel more comfortable and confident in social settings by letting them learn social skills at their own pace.

Learning to Socialize and Getting the Smarts

The biggest concern of most parents in placing their child through homeschooling is that their children won?t be able to learn to socialize with others. But what most parents don?t know is that exposing their child through a classroom setting is not the only way a child could learn how to socialize and neither is it the best way to learn social skills.

It is true that a shy child will have difficulties adjusting to a classroom environment especially when it comes to fitting in and getting along with their sociable classmates. These kids are usually quiet, nervous or inept in a social environment which makes it hard for them to make friends in a classroom environment and end up feeling more alone and unconfident. Aside from this, these children end up being victims of bullying since they become targets of those who like to pick on others who stand out. In this case these kids standout because of their shyness.

Is everything making sense so far? If not, I’m sure that with just a little more reading, all the facts will fall into place.

These are just some of the issues that a shy child can go through in a classroom environment and more often than not is what causes the problem. If a child is placed under homeschooling they can learn to socialize at their own pace, develop self esteem and gain confidence without being victims of cruel judgment by other children.

Another reason to consider homeschooling is that a child finds it difficult to learn in a stressful environment. A child can get stressed out if they get anxious thinking about what?s in store for them in school which can cause them lose concentration in class. They end up not participating in class and not asking questions to their teachers because they don?t want to get noticed. And if they find themselves in a big class, teachers don?t even notice them so they can give them due attention. Through homeschooling a child is able to learn in a comfortable and nurturing environment.

It?s Time to get Homeschooled

Shy children need a lot of encouragement to conquer their shyness but getting them all stressed out will not help them. You need to find the right balance for your child. For instance, if a child is uncomfortable in a large crowd but thrives on a one-on-one environment you can schedule play dates with them that involve one and eventually more children as they continue to build their confidence.

Another way you can help your shy child in developing self esteem while they go through homeschooling is through group classes like music, art or hobby classes where they can make friends with other children of the same interest which in turn makes them feel accepted. Allowing your child to join such groups gives them the confidence they need in a social setting.

The History of Taekwondo Unfolded

May 8th, 2012
Comments Off

The earliest recorded indication of martial arts in Korea was discovered in the ceiling murals of the Muyong-Chong burial tomb discovered in 1935.

This tomb was dug up in the ancient Koguryo capital of Tungku. Because Tungku was the capital only until 427AD so it can be concluded that the tomb was constructed between 3AD ~ 427AD.

The murals on the ceiling of the tomb showed two men practicing an early form of Taekwondo and other decorations. Other tombs in the area have murals with similar images.

In the Sambo-chong tomb, there appeared a picture of a man wearing a costume similar to today’s Taekwondo uniform; loose trousers and a jacket held together with a belt tied around the mid-section. The man was depicted in a stance characteristic of Taekwondo with one hand blocking high and the other low.

The fact that these figures appear in such tomb paintings proves that Taekwondo may already be established during this time and may also be a popular activity.

The various murals also show that the practice of the early forms of Taekwondo was not limited to noblemen or warriors but was also practiced by peasants and farmers.

Historical records indicate that the format and judgment of martial arts contests became fairly standardized with elements of sparring (kyorugi) and breaking (kyokpa) competition.

Many examples shown in historical documents tell of impressive feats of skill and strength during such competitions. The kings of Koryo dynasty showed great interest in Taekwondo, encouraging its’ development and supporting the contests.

Accordingly, Taekwondo became popular among the general population also.

However, as the military became more reliant on gunpowder and new weapons, the support for this early form of Taekwondo subsided and the martial art maintained its’ existence through the contests and games held by the general public between villages and provinces.

The best time to learn about Taekwondo is before you’re in the thick of things. Wise readers will keep reading to earn some valuable Taekwondo experience while it’s still free.

During the Japanese occupation of Korea, colonial rule tightened its’ grip on the Korean economy and the people. Japanese businesses were given preferential treatment and took advantage of Korea’s natural resources.

Local Korean customs, particularly the practice and teaching of any form of martial arts were banned although many still practiced Taekwondo in secret.

During this period the Japanese took some of the Korean masters to Japan and made them teach techniques to the Japanese military. A number of Taekwondo techniques were introduced and incorporated into the Japanese martial art of Karate.

Later, in 1943, after suppressing Korea’s own martial art, the Japanese introduced Karate to Korea and allowed the teaching and practice of this martial art to the Korean people.

Following the end of the second World War, Japan also, at last surrendered unconditionally and on August 15, 1945, Korea was finally liberated from Japanese colonial rule.

Because of the suddenness of Korea’s liberation from the harsh rule of Japan the people were unprepared for immediate self-government. Divisions of ideology existed between pro-democratic and pro-Communist groups.

Then Soviet Union invaded Korea from the north and this was followed by U.S. forces landing at Inchon and stationing troops throughout Seoul and the southern half of the peninsula. Thus the country became divided.

Many Koreans tried to revitalize interest in the traditional martial art of Subak (Taekwondo) and in 1946 a conference was held to discuss the development of the art and the integration of the various ‘kwans’ or schools.

Taekwondo gymnasiums began opening throughout Korea and once again the martial art found popularity.

The Korean Taekwondo Association was officially formed in 1961 and many Masters traveled to foreign countries in order to promote Taekwondo internationally.

After appearing as a demonstration sport at the 1988 Olympics in Seoul, and the 1992 Olympics in Barcelona, Taekwondo was accepted as an official Olympic sport in September 1994 and makes its’ debut as an official sport at the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney, Australia.

When word gets around about your command of Taekwondo facts, others who need to know about Taekwondo will start to actively seek you out.

General Tips You Could Use During Your Stay In Thailand

May 7th, 2012
Comments Off

Being a foreigner in a land that has cultures that are different from yours, it pays to remember some tips to make your vacation a bit more enjoyable. Here are our general tips you could apply anywhere you go in Thailand.

Insulting Thailand’s King is a crime. Never ever say anything against the Royal Family of Thailand and the country’s democracy. Leave these issues be. The Thais love and respect the members of the Royal Family, especially the King, and punishments are given to those who disrespect him. It is also rude to not respect the national anthem when it is being played. When you hear it, stand still and say nothing. Also, remember that it is rude to throw banknotes. These have the King’s image on them.

Learn the language. It is not easy to learn the language, much more to comprehend it fully. But arming yourself with some useful Thai phrases could help save you some headaches. If you are visiting places outside of Bangkok and the main cities, you could run out of luck quite easily. English is not as excellently spoken outside metropolis Thailand so you should get yourself a good English-Thai dictionary or a guide that will do the talking for you.

Use the baht. This is a no-brainer. Have your bills exchange for baht before you go traveling around Thailand. Shops here rarely accept delivers, if at all.

Is everything making sense so far? If not, I’m sure that with just a little more reading, all the facts will fall into place.

Check out the ‘No Smoking’ signs. Smoking is yet to see its acceptability in Thailand. Most Thais are not comfortable with smokers so they provide very few areas for these. It is not okay to smoke in indoor public places, in air-conditioned vehicles, in shopping malls, train stations, bus stations, museums, temples, shrines, palaces and other holy areas. Strict fines are imposed on smokers, foreigner or not. It is especially difficult to find cigarettes in shops as the laws in the country forbid sellers to display cigarettes in public.

Know when to buy alcohol. Thais also impose strict laws with alcohol sale. Even in international beach resorts like Pattaya, alcohol is not for sale all day. it is not available from 2 o’clock in the afternoon to 5 in the afternoon as well as during national and religious holidays.

Pay your respects on Thai’s sacred images. All images of the Buddha is sacred and should be therefore respected. Take note that taking pictures of any sacred images in Thailand is not permitted. It is considered highly inappropriate as well to use the feet to point to any sacred images.

Respect the monks. Monks are highly respected individuals in Thailand, and other Bhuddist societies for that matter. If you are a woman visiting Thailand, remember not to touch a monk or give anything to a monk. They are not allowed to accept anything from a woman’s hand.

Forget about shaking hands. Although shaking hands is considered the international way of greeting, things are a bit different among Thais. It is highly appreciated when foreigners greet Thais using the traditional ‘wai’ greeting.

How to Rebuild Your Self Esteem After a Tragic Event

May 6th, 2012
Comments Off

We lose a part of ourselves when something tragic happens. This could be the loss of a loved one, a painful divorce or losing your job. You may feel that there is no point in living but if you are able to rebuild your self-esteem, you can continue living your life.

After a period of time, you start rebuilding your self esteem by first learning to let go. Along the way, the event which struck you the most will haunt you and it is okay to cry and feel angry. Once you have released this out of your system, it is time to open your eyes and accept the fact that it has happened.

When you are ready, try doing things that make you feel good. Perhaps get a new haircut, go on a long vacation, take a new class or start a business. You need a new environment so reach out to the world. By doing this on your own or with friends, you will be able to begin enjoying life again instead of imprisoning yourself in your own home.

If what happened was a messy divorce, just think that you now have all the time in the world to do things that your spouse did not allow you to do before. If someone close died, remember them for who they are and cherish whoever is still living. Should you lose your job like many are experiencing right now, look for work or try out classes because there are certain fields that are not affected that much by the financial crisis.

In order to achieve that, you must remember that you have something locked inside which is very powerful and that is the belief in yourself. Yes you made some mistakes but if you learn to forgive yourself, you will soon have a change in attitude and a different outlook in life.

Hopefully the information presented so far has been applicable. You might also want to consider the following:

People who have known you in the past will surely take notice of it and some who were not close to you before will be more than willing to approach and want to know more about you.

But this will not work until you are able to understand what you feel hurt and what you need to be happy again. One of the things that enrich self-esteem is the fact that you learn to love yourself so you have to find it because this is what will guide you to a goal and at least achievement.

There is a saying that goes, ? what hurts you will only make you stronger? and this statement is true because although one chapter in your life has closed, the next one is about to open. Sometimes we need to fall down real hard before we can get up ahead but this too shall pass.

You may be bruised or see a scar but you are still living and breathing so stop wasting your time sulking when there is so much to do in life. What happened yesterday is over and a new day is here. This is a chance for you to live again so seize the day!

Remember, you never lost your self-esteem. It was there the whole time and you just need to stand up, dust off the dirt and get the feeling again.
