Swoopo Was The First – Zoopit Is Undoubtedly The Most Excellent

August 29th, 2009

Recall all those years ago – well only a few – but it seems like a lifetime ago, Google was unheard of. Yahoo, lycos and a few others were all fighting to be the number one in their field, and then Google appeared on the arena. The rest is history.

Well the same is about to come about in the Online Auction world. Swoopo, have a weakness for it or hate it was the first to appear beneath the disguise of Telebid and since its reached the phase of mounting popularity there have been a host of copy cat sites come out. additional to the model, they are all absolute copies in another skins. UNTIL NOW

Fair enough, the idea was not ours, we saw telebid, thought it was a innovative idea but also thought ‘how can we formulate a site that has the same entertaining attraction but is fair and transparent’. After a lot of skull scratching and late nights Zoopit appeared. Dissimilar its competition, Zoopit re thought the process. The creators read blogs and social networking site comments and soon came up with 4 core areas of complaint, and then went about creating Zoopit to shift away from the functionality people just diddn’t like and all thought was dishonest.

In its most bassic form zoopit was trialled for four months up to may 09, a few slight alterations in functionality were made and it ran again to july 09. After this period it was clear that the site was going to work, with no google presence to talk about and no fancy marketing promotion Zoopit still returned over 500 members in its short trial. At this point money was spent and the site was brought into the 21st century. A whole new site was launched early August 09 and we are happy to report that still with no fancy advertising campaigns the site is going from strength to strength. The main drag at the moment is that it is a UK hosted and run site that hasn’t got millions of members along with people are getting great deals day in day out. So much in fact the decision has been made to limit the amount of items people can win per month.

Zoopit pride themselves on the variety of auctions they offer which include D&G watch auctions

So, why not have a glance. You can just glance – or register for without charge, if you register and use the promo code wow5 you will get free bids so you can essentially take part for free as well. Yet one more additional benefit is that if you win your account has already been credited with £40 so as long as the item is below £40 (PS3 sell for £25 for example) you won’t have to even pay for the item. Why not try, youv’e got absolutely nothing to loose.

Hope to welcome you soon.
